COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1146/80 of 7 May 1980 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 516/80 on the transfer of skimmed-milk powder to the Italian intervention agency
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 1 Economic Community,
The following Article 3a is inserted in Regulation Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No (EEC) No 516/80 : 804/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in milk and milk products ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1761 /78 (2), and in 'Article 3a particular Article 7 (5) thereof,

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
