temporarily suspending intervention buying-in of certain qualities of meat in certain Member States

Whereas Article 3 ( 1 ) - of Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 1 274/79 (3), provides the possibility of suspending in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article In application of Article 3 ( 1 ) (a) of Regulation (EEC) 27 of Regulation (EEC) No 805/68, the buying-in by No 1274/79, intervention buying-in shall be intervention agencies of one or more qualities of fresh suspended from 9 June 1980 in the following or chilled meat in Member States or regions of Member State for the quality specified : Member States when the market price of the quality in Denmark : 'Kvier 1 or qualities in question remains during a period of three consecutive weeks between 100 and 102% of Article 2 the maximum buying-in price fixed for that or those qualities ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 9 June 1 980.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
