COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1774/80 of 7 July 1980 altering the basic amount of the import levy on syrups and certain other sugar products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN information known to the Commission that the basic COMMUNITIES, amount of the levy at present in force should be altered to the amount set out below, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3330/74 of 19 December 1974 on the common organ­ Article 1 ization of the market in sugar (x ), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 396/78 (2), and in particular The basic amount of the import levy on the products Article 15 (7) thereof, listed in Article 1 ( 1 ) (d) of Regulation (EEC) No 3330/74 shall be, per 100 kilograms of product, Whereas the basic amount of the import levy on 0.0263 ECU per percentage point of sucrose content. syrups and certain other sugar products was fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 1674/80 (3 ); Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the detailed rules contained in Regulation (EEC) No 1674/80 to the This Regulation shall enter into force on 8 July 1980 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
