COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2876/80 of 6 November 1980 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2213/76 on the sale of skimmed-milk powder from public storage

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 804/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in milk and milk products ( J ), as last Article 1 amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1761 /78 (2), and in particular Article 7 (5) thereof, In Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 2213/76 the date Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No '1 July 1979' is replaced by '1 October 1979'. 2213/76 (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 90/80 (4), limited the amount of the product put up Article 2 for sale to that taken into storage before 1 July 1979 ; Whereas having regard to the market situation, and This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day the amounts in storage, it is necessary to replace this following its publication in the Official Journal of date by 1 October 1979 ; the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
