COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3005/80 of 20 November 1980 altering the export refunds on cereal-based compound feedingstuffs

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Cereals, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in cereals (*), as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 1870/80 (2), and in particular the fourth subparagraph of Article 16 (2) thereof, The export refunds on the compound feedingstuffs Whereas the export refunds on cereal-based covered by Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 and subject compound feedingstuffs were fixed by Regulation to Regulation (EEC) No 2743/75 (5), fixed in the (EEC) No 2804/80 (3), as amended by Regulation Annex to amended Regulation (EEC) No 2804/80, are (EEC) No 2948/80 (4) ; hereby altered as shown in the Annex to this Regula­ tion . Whereas it follows from applying the rules, criteria and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 2804/80 to the information at present available to Article 2 the Commission that the export refunds at present in force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this This Regulation shall enter into force on 21 November 1980 . Regulation ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
