COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 64/81 of 9 January 1981 postponing the date for the take-over of beef and veal offered for sale by the intervention agencies under Regulation (EEC) No 2329/79

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the Management Committee for Beef and COMMUNITIES, Veal has not delivered an opinion within the time limit set by its chairman, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization Article 1 of the market in beef and veal ( ! ), as last amended by the Act of Accession of Greece (2), and in particular In Article 1 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 2329/79, the Article 7 (3) thereof, date '1 February 1980' is hereby replaced by '1 April 1980 '.
