COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 266/81 of 29 January 1981 on the sale at- a price fixed in advance of certain boned beef and veal held by certain intervention agencies

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal (J ), as last amended by the Act of Accession of Greece (2), and in particular Article 1 Article 7 (3) thereof,

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
