COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC ) No 394 / 81 of 16 February 1981 suspending the standing invitation to tender relating to the export of raw cane sugar under Regulation ( EEC) No 199/81

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN standing invitation to tender until a date to be deterCOMMUNITIES , mined ;

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Economic Community, are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Sugar, Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3330/74 of 19 December 1974 on the common organization of the market in sugar ( ! ), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 3455/80 (2), and in particular HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Articles 12 (2), 17 ( 5) and 19 (4) thereof,

Whereas, pursuant to Commission Regulation (EEC) Article 1 No 199 / 81 of 27 January 1981 on a standing invitation to tender in order to determine levies and/ or The standing invitation to tender under Regulation refunds on exports of raw cane sugar produced in the ( EEC) No 199 / 81 is hereby suspended . French overseas departments (3 ), France shall issue partial invitations to tender for the export of this Article 2 sugar ; Whereas the situation with regard to the disposal of This Regulation shall enter into force on 17 February 1981 . sugar surpluses makes it advisable to suspend this

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
