COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 713/ 81 of 19 March 1981 on the sale at a price fixed in advance of certain boned beef and veal held by certain intervention agencies

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by the Act of Accession of Greece (-'), and in particular Article 7 (3) thereof, Article 1

Whereas the possibility of permanent intervention in 1 .
