No 558 /79 of 23 March 1979 (3 ) respectively, as last 2. Whereas the final date for granting those refunds was set at 31 March 1981 ; whereas, in respect of certain Article 2 varieties of that tobacco, export possibilities after that date have presented themselves ; whereas it is advis­ This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April able to grant refunds in respect of the varieties in ques­ 1981 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
