COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1129/81 of 29 April 1981 fixing the import levies on frozen sheepmeat and goatmeat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN quotations and other information known to the COMMUNITIES, Commission, that the levies should be altered to the amounts set out in the Annex hereto, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1837/80 of 27 June 1980 on the common organization of the market in sheepmeat and goatmeat ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 899/8 1 (2), and in Article 1 particular the first paragraph of Article 1 1 thereof, The import levies on frozen sheepmeat and goatmeat Whereas the import levies on frozen sheepmeat and shall be set out in the Annex hereto . goatmeat were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 926/81 0 ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the detailed rules contained ir Regulation (EEC) No 926/81 to the This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 May 1981 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
