amending, as a result of the accession of Greece, Regulation (EEC) No 476/79 laying down detailed rules for the application of the subsidy on deliveries of feed cereals to Italy

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN

COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in cereals (1), as last amended by the Act of Accession of Greece, and in particular Article 23 thereof,

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 476/79 (2) includes, in each language version, expressions in all the Community languages; whereas the said Regulation should be supplemented to include the appropriate expression in Greek, following the accession of Greece;

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Cereals,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Article1¶

At (2) in the first subparagraph of Article 4 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 476/79, the following is hereby added:

'Dílosi perí diochetéfseos pros katanálosi stin Italía. Epidótisi poy prépei na chorigeítai apó to Krátos mélos proeléfseos (kanonismós (EOK) arith. 476/79)'.

Article2¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

It shall apply with effect from 1 January 1981.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
