COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1393/81 of 25 May 1981 on a second sale at a standard price fixed in advance of frozen beef for export to Poland

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 3 . Information as to the quantities and the places COMMUNITIES, where the products are stored may be obtained by those concerned from the addresses given in Annex II . Whereas this sale should be made subject to the rules — 120 ECU per 100 kilograms for forequarters adopted in Commission Regulation (EEC) No bone-in , 985/81 (3), and the release of the deposit subject to the presentation of the proof that the beef has arrived at — 170 ECU per 100 kilograms for hindquarters bone-in . its destination as provided for in Article 13 (4) of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1 687/76 (4), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1252/81 (5) ; 2. In addition to the conditions provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 2173/79 the deposit is released : Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal , — when the proof is provided to the satisfaction of the competent authorities that the quantity of beef exported to Poland is equal to or more than 95 % of the quantity provided for in the sale contract, and HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : — on presentation of the proof as provided for in Article 13 (4) of Regulation (EEC) No 1687/76. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
