COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1398 /81 of 25 May 1981 altering the rate of the refund applicable to isoglucose exported in the form of goods not covered by Annex II to the Treaty

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN that the export refund applicable to isoglucose at COMMUNITIES, present in force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1111 /77 of 17 May 1977 laying down common provi­ sions for isoglucose ('), as last amended by Regulation Article 1 (EEC) No 387/81 (2), and in particular the third sub­ paragraph of Article 4 (2) and Article 4 (5) thereof, The rate of the refund fixed by Regulation (EEC) No Whereas the rate of the refund applicable from 1 May 1157/81 for isoglucose exported in the form of goods 1981 to isoglucose exported in the form of goods not listed in the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1 1 1 1 /77 is covered by Annex II to the Treaty was fixed by Regu­ hereby altered as shown in the Annex to this lation (EEC) No 1157/81 (3), as amended by Regulation Regulation . (EEC) No 1246/81 (4) ; Whereas it follows from applying the rules and criteria Article 2 contained in Regulation (EEC) No 1157/81 to the information at present available to the Commission This Regulation shall enter into force on 26 May 1981 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
