COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1474/ 81 of 1 June 1981 abolishing the countervailing charge on tomatoes originating in Spain

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of that COMMUNITIES, Regulation indicated that entry prices have been at Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European least equal to the reference price for two consecutive Economic Community, market days ; whereas the conditions specified in the second indent of Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and the countervailing 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization charge on imports of these products originating in of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last Spain can be abolished, amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1116/81 (2), and in particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1366/81 of 21 May 1981 (3) introduced a countervailing charge Article 1 on tomatoes originating in Spain ; Regulation (EEC) No 1366/81 is hereby repealed. Whereas the present trend of prices for Spanish products on the representative markets referred to in Article 2 Regulation (EEC) No 21 18/74 (4), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 668/78 (5), recorded or calculated This Regulation shall enter into force on 2 June 1981 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
