Whereas composite food preparations (including Subject to any change in the trend of the exchange prepared dishes), the meat content of which is mainly rates referred to in Article 2 (1 ) of Regulation (EEC) composed of sausage, are classified as from 1 February No 974/71 , Part 2 of Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1981 under heading No 16.01 of the Common 902/81 is hereby replaced by the Annex hereto. Customs Tariff ; whereas steps should be taken to ensure that application of monetary compensatory Article 2 amounts to the products in question is limited to the net weight of sausage, meat, offal and fat contained in This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August the said preparations ; 1981 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
