COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC ) No 1845 / 81 of 3 July 1981 on the supply of common wheat to the Republic of Kenya as food aid

Whereas on 19 May 1981 the Council of the Euro­ Article 2 pean Communities has expressed its intention to grant, under a Community measure , 1 5 000 tonnes of This Regulation shall enter into force on the day cereals to the Republic of Kenya under its food-aid following its publication in the Official Journal of programme for 1981 ; the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
