COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1877 / 81 of 7 July 1981 amending certain selling prices of beef and veal offered for sale by the inter­ vention agencies under Regulation (EEC) No 984/81

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal (l), as last amended by the Act of Accession of Greece, and in particular Article 1 Article 7 (3) thereof,

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 984/81 is hereby 984/81 (2), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No replaced by the Annex to this Regulation . 1364/81 (3), fixes certain selling prices of beef and veal taken over by the intervention agencies before 1 February 1981 ; Article 2 Whereas, in the light of current market trends, the selling price of certain forequarters and hindquarters This Regulation shall enter into force on 20 July should be altered ; 1981 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

') Såfremt produkterne er oplagrede uden for den medlemsstat, hvor det interventionsorgan, der lig­ ger inde med produkterne, er hjemmehørende, tilpasses disse priser i overensstemmelse med bestemmelserne i forordning (EØF) nr. 1805/77. ') Falls die Lagerung der Erzeugnisse außerhalb des für die betreffende Interventionsstelle zuständi­ gen Mitgliedstaats erfolgt, werden diese Preise gemäß den Vorschriften der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 1805/77 angepaßt.
