COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2497/81 of 27 August 1981 fixing the import levies on live sheep and goats and on sheepmeat and goatmeat other than frozen meat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN quotations and other information known to the COMMUNITIES, Commission that the levies at present in force should be altered to the amounts set out in the Annex hereto, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1837/80 of 27 June 1980 on the common organization of the market in sheepmeat and goatmeatC), as last Article 1 amended by Regulation (EEC) No 899/81 (2), and in particular the first paragraph of Article 11 thereof, The import levies on live sheep and goats and on sheepmeat and goatmeat other than frozen meat shall Whereas the import levies on live sheep and goats and be as set out in the Annex hereto. on sheepmeat and goatmeat other than frozen meat were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 925/81 (3), as last Article 2 amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2152/81 (4) ; Whereas it follows from applying the detailed rules This Regulation shall enter into force on 7 September contained in Regulation (EEC) No 925/81 to the 1981 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
