COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2565/81 of 2 September 1981 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1363/81 opening a standing invitation to tender for the sale of olive oil held by the Greek intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Oils and Fats , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a common organization of the market in oils and Article 1 fats (1 ), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3454/80 (2), and in particular Article 12 (4) thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 1363/81 is amended as follows : Whereas, pursuant to Article 12 ( 1 ) of Regulation No 1 .
