COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2698 /81 of 16 September 1981 postponing the date for the take-over and amending certain selling prices of beef and veal offered for sale by the intervention agencies under Regulation ( EEC No 2374/79

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization Article 1 of the market in beef and veal ( ! ), as last amended by the Act of Accession of Greece, and in particular In Article 4 of Regulation (EEC) No 2374/79 the date Article 7 (3) thereof, '30 April 1981 ' is hereby replaced by '31 May 1981 '.

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No Article 2 2374/79 (2 ), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2373/81 (3 ), fixes certain selling prices for beef and Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 2374/79 is hereby veal taken over by the intervention agencies before 30 replaced by the Annex to this Regulation .
