COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2791 /81 of 25 September 1981 fixing the import levies on frozen sheepmeat and goatmeat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN quotations and other information known to the COMMUNITIES , Commission, that the levies should be altered to the amounts set out in the Annex hereto, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1837/80 of 27 June 1980 on the common organization of the market in sheepmeat and goatmeat ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 899/81 (2), and in Article 1 particular the first paragraph of Article 11 thereof, The import levies on frozen sheepmeat and goatmeat Whereas the import levies on frozen sheepmeat and shall be set out in the Annex hereto . goatmeat were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 926/81 (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No Article 2 2498 / 81 (4); Whereas it follows from applying the detailed rules This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 October contained in Regulation (EEC) No 926/81 to the 1981 .

This Regulation shall be oinding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
