COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2837 /81 of 30 September 1981 altering the corrective amount applicable to the refund on cereals

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN market into account, the corrective amount at present COMMUNITIES , applicable to the refund on cereals should be altered, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common oigani­ zation of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 1949/81 (2), and in particular the fourth sentence of the second subparagraph of Article 1 6 (4) thereof, The corrective amount referred to in Article 1 6 (4) of Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75, fixed in the Annex to Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Regulation (EEC) No 2581 /81 , which is applicable to 2746/75 of 29 October 1975 laying down general rules the export refunds fixed in advance in respect of for granting export refunds on cereals and criteria for cereals, is hereby altered to the amounts set out in the fixing the amount of such refunds (3), Annex hereto . Whereas the corrective amount applicable to the refund on cereals was fixed by Regulation (EEC) No Article 2 2581 /81 (4) ; Whereas, the basis of today's cif prices and cif forward This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October delivery prices, taking foreseeable developments on the 1981 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
