COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2864/81 of 2 October 1981 altering the basic amount of the import levy on syrups and certain other sugar products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN information known to the Commission that the basic COMMUNITIES, amount of the levy on syrups and certain other sugar products at present in force should be altered, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 1785/81 of 30 June 1981 on the common organization of the markets in the sugar sector ('), and in particular The basic amounts of the import levy on the products Article 16 (8) thereof, listed in Article 1 ( 1 ) (d) of Regulation (EEC) No 1785/81 , as fixed in the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 2828 /81 , are hereby altered to the amounts shown Whereas the import levies on syrups and certain other in the Annex to this Regulation . sugar products were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 2828 /81 (2); Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the detailed rules This Regulation shall enter into force on 3 October contained in Regulation (EEC) No 2828 /81 to the 1981 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
