COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 96/82 of 18 January 1982 fixing, in respect of olive oil , the stock referred to in Article 71 of the Act of Accession of Greece

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the Management Committee for Oils and COMMUNITIES, Fats has not delivered an opinion within the time limit set by its chairman, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to the Act of Accession of Greece, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 9/81 of 1 January 1981 concerning stocks of agricultural Article 1 products in Greece on 1 January 1981 ('), and in parti­ cular Article 8 thereof, 1 .
