fixing the export refunds on cereals and on wheat or rye flour, groats and meal
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN these quantities were fixed in Regulation No 162/ COMMUNITIES , 67/EEC (4), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1607/71 (5) ;
