COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 680/82 of 23 March 1982 fixing the quantities of frozen beef intended for processing which may be imported on special conditions for the second quarter of 1982

(EEC) No 805/68, it is necessary to determine the quantities to be imported per quarter as well as the Article 3 rate of reduction of the import levy for meat referred to in Article 14 (1 ) (b) of that Regulation ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Whereas the Management Committee for Beef and Communities. Veal has not delivered an opinion within the time limit set by its chairman, It shall apply with effect from 1 April 1982.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
