COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 781/82 of 1 April 1982 on the sale at a price fixed in advance of certain boned beef and veal held by certain intervention agencies

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas the possibility of permanent intervention in beef and veal has led to the build-up of considerable stocks in the Community ; whereas some of the inter­ vention purchases have been stored in the form of Article 1 boned meat in order to improve the intervention system in accordance with Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2226/78 (2), as last amended by Regulation 1 . During the period 5 to 30 April 1982 the sale (EEC) No 3361 /81 (3) ; shall take place of approximately 468 tonnes of boned beef held by the French intervention agency and put into store before 1 December 1981 . Whereas Article 2 (1 ) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 98/69 (4), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No The qualities and prices of this meat are given in 429/77 (*), provides that the selling prices of frozen Annex I. beef and veal bought in by the intervention agencies may be fixed in advance ; whereas it is appropriate to make use of this system of selling ; 2.
