COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1019/82 of 30 April 1982 fixing the rate of the additional aid for dried fodder

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN and Article 104 of the Act of Accession of Greece to COMMUNITIES, the information at present available to the Commis­ sion that the amount of the additional aid at present in Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Economic Community, Regulation, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1117/78 of 22 May 1978 on the common organization of the market in dried fodder ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1782/81 (2), and in particular HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 5 (3) thereof, Whereas the amount of the additional aid referred to Article 1 in Article 5 (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 1117/78 was fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 1161 /81 (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 760/82 (4) ; 1 . The rate of the additional aid referred to in Whereas, because of the delay in the fixing of the Article 5 (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 1 1 1 7/78 is fixed prices for the 1982/83 marketing year, this percentage in the Annex to this Regulation. and the guide price for the period 1 April to 16 May 1982 were fixed in Council Regulations (EEC) No 2. The amount of the subsidy for April 1982 to 793/82(0, (EEC) No 935/82 (<) and (EEC) No March 1983, will, however, as for dried fodder, be 1035/82 Q on the basis of the amounts applicable confirmed or replaced as from 1 May 1982 to take into during the previous marketing year ; whereas, there­ account the guide price which is fixed for these fore, the amount of the aid should be applied only products for the 1982/83 marketing year. provisionally and will have to be confirmed or replaced as soon as the prices for the 1982/83 marketing year are known ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 1161 /81 This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1982.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
