COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1024/82 of 30 April 1982 fixing the import levies on frozen sheepmeat and goatmeat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas it follows from applying the detailed rules COMMUNITIES, contained in Regulation (EEC) No 926/81 to the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European quotations and other information known to the Commission, that the levies should be altered to the Economic Community, amounts set out in the Annex hereto, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1837/80 of 27 June 1980 on the common organization of the market in sheepmeat and goatmeat ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 899/81 (2), and in HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : particular the first paragraph of Article 11 thereof, Whereas the import levies on frozen sheepmeat and Article 1 goatmeat were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 926/81 (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No The import levies on frozen sheepmeat and goatmeat 941 /82 (4) ; shall be set out in the Annex hereto. Whereas the basic price in respect of the 1981 /82 marketing year is laid down in Article 31 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 900/81 of 1 April 1981 (*), the Article 2 term of validity of which was last extended by Regula­ tion (EEC) No 1032/82 (6) ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 3 May 1982.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
