COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1163/82 of 14 May 1982 fixing the import levies on live sheep and goats and on sheepmeat and goatmeat other than frozen meat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas it follows from applying the detailed rules COMMUNITIES, contained in Regulation (EEC) No 925/81 to the quotations and other information known to the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Commission that the levies at present in force should be altered to the amounts set out in the Annex hereto, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1837/80 of 27 June 1980 on the common organization of the market in sheepmeat and goatmeat ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 899/81 (2), and in HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : particular the first paragraph of Article 1 1 thereof, Whereas the import levies on live sheep and goats and Article 1 on sheepmeat and goatmeat other than frozen meat were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 925/81 (3), as last The import levies on live sheep and goats and on amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 023/82 (4) ; sheepmeat and goatmeat other than frozen meat shall Whereas the seasonally adjusted basic price in respect be as set out in the Annex hereto . of the 1981 /82 marketing year is laid down in Article 32 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 900/81 of 1 April 1981 (5), the term of validity of which was last Article 2 extended until 19 May 1982 by Regulation (EEC) No 1 149/ 82 («); This Regulation shall enter into force on 17 May 1982.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
