COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1213/82 o£ 19 May 1982 fixing the maximum export refund for the 42nd partial invitation to tender for white sugar issued within the framework of the principal standing invitation to tender provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 2041/81

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas, following an examination of the tenders COMMUNITIES, submitted in response to the 42nd partial invitation to tender, the provisions set out in Article 1 should be Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European adopted ; Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Whereas the Management Committee for Sugar has 1785/81 of 30 June 1981 on the common organization not delivered an opinion within the time limit set by its chairman , of the markets in the sugar sector ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 606/82 (2), and in particular the first subparagraph of Article 19 (4) (b) thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2041 /81 of 16 July 1981 on a principal standing invitation to tender in order to determine levies and/or refunds on Article 1 exports of white sugar (3), as last amended by Regula­ tion (EEC) No 722/82 (4), requires partial invitations to The maximum export refund for the 42nd partial tender to be issued for the export of this sugar ; invitation to tender for white sugar issued under Regulation (EEC) No 2041 /81 is hereby fixed at Whereas, pursuant to Article 9 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) 30*990 ECU per 100 kilograms. No 2041 /81 , a maximum export refund shall be fixed, as the case may be, account being taken in particular of the state and foreseeable development of the Article 2 Community and world markets in sugar, for the partial invitation to tender in question ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 20 May 1982.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
