COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1228/82 of 19 May 1982 on the sale at a price fixed in advance of certain boned beef and veal held by certain intervention agencies

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN this Regulation do not apply as they stand to those COMMUNITIES, products ;

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Economic Community, Committee for Beef and Veal,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by the Act of Accession of Greece, and in particular Article 7 (3) thereof, Article 1

Whereas the possibility of permanent intervention in 1 . Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 1055/77 Q 2. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
