COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1280/82 of 26 May 1982 introducing a countervailing charge on tomatoes originating in Morocco

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 643/82 of HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 19 March 1982 fixing the reference prices for tomatoes for the period 1 April to 10 July 1982 (3) fixed the reference price for products of Class I for the month of May 1982 at 121*79 ECU per 100 kilograms net ; Article 1

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
