COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1502/82 of 11 June 1982 abolishing the countervailing charge on tomatoes originating in Albania

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas the conditions specified in Article 26 ( 1 ) of COMMUNITIES, Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and the countervailing charge on imports of tomatoes Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European originating in Albania can be abolished, Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of the market in fruit and vegetables (]), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1203/82 (2), and in Article 1 particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 1321 /82 is hereby repealed.
