COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1760/82 of 2 July 1982 abolishing the countervailing charge on cherries originating in Turkey

Whereas the present trend of prices for Turkish products on the representative markets referred to in Article 2 Regulation (EEC) No 211 8 /74 (4), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3011 /81 (*), recorded or calcu­ This Regulation shall enter into force on 3 July 1982.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
