COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1898/82 of 14 July 1982 abolishing the countervailing charge on cucumbers originating in Bulgaria

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1561 /82 Regulation (EEC) No 1561 /82 is hereby repealed. of 17 June 1982 (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1794/82 (4), introduced a countervailing charge on cucumbers originating in Bulgaria ; Article 2 Whereas for this product originating in Bulgaria there were no prices for six consecutive working days ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 July 1982.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
