Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2377/80 Article 1 of 4 September 1980 on special detailed rules for the application of the system of import and export The applications for .export licences lodged for the licences in the beef and veal sector (3), as last amended beef and veal referred to in Regulation (EEC) No by Regulation (EEC) No 1 617/82 (4), lays down, in Articles 14 and 15, detailed rules for export licence 2973/79 for the third quarter of 1982 shall be met in full . applications for the products referred to in Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 2973/79 (*) ; whereas Article 15 (6) (c) of Regulation (EEC) No 2377/80 requires the Article 2 Commission, where the quantities in respect of which licences are applied for exceed the quantities available, This Regulation shall enter into force on 21 July 1982.

This Regulation snail be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
