COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2001 / 82 of 22 July 1982 altering the export refunds on syrups and certain other sugar products exported in the natural state

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this COMMUNITIES , Regulation,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1785/81 of 30 June 1981 on the common Article 1 organization of the markets in the sugar sector ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 606 /82 (2), and The refunds to be granted on the products listed in in particular Article 19 (4) thereof, Article 1 ( 1 ) (d), (f) and (g) of Regulation (EEC) No Whereas the refunds on syrups and certain other sugar 1785/81 , exported in the natural state, as fixed in the products were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No Annex to amended Regulation (EEC) No 1709/82, are 1709/82 (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No hereby altered to the amounts shown in the Annex to 1781 /82 (4) ; this Regulation .

Whereas it follows from applying the rules, criteria and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) Article 2 No 1709/82 to the information at present available to the Commission that the export refunds at present in This Regulation shall enter into force on 23 July 1982.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
