COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2348/ 82 of 26 August 1982 abolishing the countervailing charge on certain varieties of plums originating in Albania

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas the conditions specified in Article 26 ( 1 ) of COMMUNITIES , Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and the countervailing charge on imports of plums Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European originating in Albania can be abolished, Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1738/82 (2), and in Article 1 particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 2268/82 is hereby repealed. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2268/82 of 7 August 1982 (3) introduced a countervailing charge Article 2 on certain varieties of plums originating in Albania ; Whereas for this product originating in Albania there This Regulation shall enter into force on 27 August 1982 . were no prices for six consecutive working days ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
