COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2525/82 of 15 September 1982 amending certain selling prices and postponing the date for the take-over of beef and veal offered for sale by the intervention agencies under Regulation ( EEC) No 2329/79

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Beef and Veal, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the Article 1 market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by the Act In Article 1 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 2329/79, the of Accession of Greece, and in particular Article 7 (3) date '1 November 1981 ' is hereby replaced by thereof, '1 January 1982'. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No Article 2 2329/79 (2), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1893/82 (3), fixes certain selling prices of beef and veal Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 2329/79 is hereby taken over by the intervention agencies before 1 replaced by the Annex to this Regulation .
