COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 618/83 of 17 March 1983 amending for the second time Regulation (EEC) No 1686/82 fixing countervailing charges on seeds

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Regulation (EEC) No 1 665/72 (*), requires that these COMMUNITIES, charges be amended ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Economic Community, are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Seeds, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2358 /71 of 26 October 1971 on the common organ­ ization of the market in seeds ('), as last amended by HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Regulation (EEC) No 3808/81 (2), and in particular Article 6 ( 5) thereof, Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1686/82 is 1686/82 (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No replaced by the Annex to this Regulation . 215/83 (4), fixed countervailing charges on seeds in respect of a certain type of hybrid maize for sowing ; Article 2 Whereas, since that time, a significant variation has been recorded in the free-at-frontier offer prices This Regulation shall enter into force on 22 March 1983 . which, under the terms of Article 4 (2) of Commission

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
