COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 967/83 of 22 April 1983 fixing the import levies on live sheep and goats and on sheepmeat and goatmeat other than frozen meat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas it follows from applying the detailed rules COMMUNITIES, contained in Regulation (EEC) No 1221 /82 to the quotations and other information known to the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Commission that the levies at present in force should Economic Community, be altered to the amounts set out in the Annex hereto, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1837/80 of 27 June 1980 on the common organization of the market in sheepmeat and goatmeat ('), as last HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 195/82 (2), and in particular the first paragraph of Article 11 thereof, Article 1 Whereas the import levies on live sheep and goats and on sheepmeat and goatmeat other than frozen meat The import levies on live sheep and goats and on were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 1221 /82 (3), as last sheepmeat and goatmeat other than frozen meat shall amended by Regulation (EEC) No 758/83 (4); be as set out in the Annex hereto . Whereas the seasonally adjusted basic price in respect of the 1982/83 marketing year is laid down in Article Article 2 2 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 1196/82 of 18 May 1982 (5), the term of validity of which was last This Regulation shall enter into force on 25 April 1983 . extended by Regulation (EEC) No 958/83 (*) ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
