COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1168 /83 of 17 May 1983 amending Regulations (EEC) No 1509/82, (EEC) No 147/83 and (EEC) No 329/83 on the opening of various invitations to tender for the levy and/or refund for the export of common wheat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Cereals, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organi­ zation of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by 1 . Article 2 (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 1509/82 Regulation (EEC) No 1451 /82 (2), shall read as follows : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No '3 . The invitation shall remain open until 26 2746/75 of 29 October 1975 laying down general rules May 1983 .
