COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1525/83 of 10 June 1983 repealing Regulation (EEC) No 1959/82 concerning an invitation to tender for the refund on export of wholly milled long grain rice to certain third countries

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas, in the present situation of the exhaustion of COMMUNITIES, available quantities, it is appropriate to close these invitations to tender ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Cereals, 1418/76 of 21 June 1976 on the common organization of the market in rice ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 871 / 80 (2), and in particular Article 17 thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1431 /76 of 21 June 1976 laying down general rules for Article 1 granting export refunds on rice and criteria for fixing the amount of such refunds (3), and in particular Article 4 thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 1959/82 is hereby repealed.

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1959/82 of 16 July 1982 (4), as last amended by Regulation Article 2 (EEC) No 1073/83 (5), issued an invitation to tender for the refund on export of wholly milled long grain rice This Regulation shall enter into force on 11 June 1983 . to certain third countries ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
