COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1805 / 83

of 30 June 1983 fixing the export refunds on cereals and on wheat or rye flour, groats and meal

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN these quantities were fixed in Regulation No 162/ COMMUNITIES , 67/EEC (4), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1607/71 0 ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the world market situation or the specific Economic Community, requirements of certain markets may make it necessary to vary the refund for certain products according to destination ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organi­ zation of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Whereas the refund must be fixed once a month ; Regulation (EEC) No 1451 /82 (2), whereas it may be altered in the intervening period ;
