amending Regulation (EEC) No 2102/75 determining the quantity of potatoes required for the manufacture of one tonne of starch

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN

COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in cereals (1), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1451/82 (2),

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2742/75 of 29 October 1975 on production refunds in the cereals and rice sectors (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1569/83 (4), and in particular Article 8 thereof,

Whereas the production refund mentioned in Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 2742/75 and the amount by which this is increased under Article 3 of that Regulation have been adjusted with effect from 1 August 1983; whereas these adjustments must be reflected in the amounts in columns 4, 5 and 6 of the Annex to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2102/75 (5), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2292/82 (6);

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Cereals,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 2102/75 is hereby replaced by the Annex to this Regulation.

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 1983.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
