Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 1599/ 83 of HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 14 June 1983 fixing for the period 1 November 1983 to 31 October 1984 the basic price and the standard Article 1 quality for slaughtered pigs (*) fixed a new basic price ; whereas, in consequence, the lower limit of the 1 .
