HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas for certain of the products specified in Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 2771 /75, additional amounts were fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) Article 1 No 3253/83 of 17 November 1983 fixing the addi­ tional amounts for egg products (3) ; Regulation (EEC) No 3253/83 is hereby repealed.

Whereas, from the regular review of the dates serving Article 2 as a basis for the determination of average offer prices for the abovementioned products, it appears that the This Regulation shall enter into force on 9 December free-at-frontier offer prices f jr these products are no 1983 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
