fixing the corrective amount applicable to the refund on malt

The corrective amount referred to in Article 16 (4) of Whereas, pursuant to that Regulation, when the corrective amount is being fixed in respect of malt, Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 which is applicable to export refunds fixed in advance in respect of malt account must be taken of the existing situation and shall be as ^et out in the Annex hereto .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
